Stereotaxis Emerging Digital, AI and Automation Capabilities to be Featured at Heart Rhythm Society’s HRX 2026
- New digital technologies, including Synchrony and SynX, will be featured at HRX
- Stereotaxis CEO to join main-stage panel on Autonomous EP Systems
ST. LOUIS, Sept. 16, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Stereotaxis (NYSE: STXS), a pioneer and global leader in surgical robotics for minimally invasive endovascular intervention, today announced that its portfolio of digital and robotic technologies will be featured at Heart Rhythm Society’s HRX conference, taking place September 18-20, 2026, in Atlanta, Georgia.
Pioneered by the Heart Rhythm Society, HRX brings together clinicians, engineers, and entrepreneurs to explore advances in connectivity, artificial intelligence and automation in cardiovascular medicine. Synchrony, Stereotaxis’ integrated lab display, and SynX, its cloud-based connectivity platform will be among the technologies featured at the conference, along with expert discussions and hands-on experiences focused on the future of cardiovascular care.
Stereotaxis Chairman and CEO, David Fischel, will join a panel of clinical experts on the main stage to discuss the feasibility and potential value of autonomous technologies in the EP lab. The session, “Autonomous and Assistive EP Procedural Systems,” will explore how emerging technologies could improve procedure workflows and expand clinical capabilities. It will take place September 19th at 11:35 a.m. EDT, will be moderated by Dr. Peter Weiss, and will include physician panelists Dr. Jim Cheung and Dr. Jennifer Silva. Stereotaxis has incorporated initial automation capabilities into its robotic systems and is developing enhanced automation capabilities for catheter and interventional device navigation in Electrophysiology, Interventional Cardiology, and Neurointerventions.
Synchrony received FDA clearance earlier this year and is already in use at multiple clinical sites across the US and Europe. The system consolidates the viewing and control of all disparate systems in the interventional lab, with customizable layouts that allow physicians to organize procedural information around their workflow. Synchrony is made available with SynX, a cloud-based HIPAA and GDPR-compliant app that allows for secure cloud-based connectivity for remote collaboration, recording and monitoring.
“We look forward to participating in HRX and joining the conversation around the future of EP,” said David Fischel. “As robotics, digital technology and AI play an increasingly important role, we are focused on advancing the cutting edge of these technologies as they work together to improve patient care and the physician experience in cardiovascular medicine.”
